The journey of Honee Coffee’s “Hương Chồn” line is guided by the wisdom of this wild creature that is as clever as it is gentle with the local farmers. To find the perfect bean, we studied their habits and mirror their impeccable selection process.
They choose only:
- The finest cherries: Fully ripe, thick-skinned, sweet, and vitamin-rich.
- The flawless cherries: Intact, untouched by pests or imperfections.
- The purest cherries: Grown in environments absolutely free from pesticides.
